Danie Rossouw founded the firm in Pretoria in March 1994. Two years later in 1996, Danie relocated the practice to Cape Town, where it celebrated its 10th anniversary in 2005 with 5 professionals supported by a strong compliment of highly efficient administrative staff members. The firm's main area of practice focuses on Property Law where it provides it's services to a wide client base ranging from foreign property investors, banks, property developers, estate agents and private individuals. Being a farther of three boys, Danie also have a strong interest in family law.

Having completed his B.Proc at the University of Pretoria whilst simultaneously completing his articles, Danie immediately set up his own practice.

Danie is further active in the organized legal profession where he serves on the Cape Law Society's Communication committee and he is vice president of the Cape Town Southern Suburbs Attorneys Association.

Danie enjoys a passion for flying fixed wing aircraft as a Private Pilot with a certification on various types of light aircraft. A round of golf on any one of the magnificent Golf Courses the fairest of Capes has to offer is a fairly new hobby which Danie engages in as time permits.

Lize Rossouw was admitted as an attorney in 1997 and joined the firm as a conveyancing attorney following her admission as such and her marriage to Danie in 2000. Lize holds a B.Proc from the Free state University with an advanced certificate in the administration of deceased estates. Not surprisingly, with the firm's offices situated right on the famous Cape Argus Cycle tour route in the picturesque Noordhoek Valley, the couple both enjoys cycling as a hobby. Danie and Lize are the proud parents of two boys.

After Danie's relocation to Cape Town in September 1996, well-known Cape Town attorney, Terence Marquard joined the firm of Rossouw Attorneys in 1998. With some 48 years in practice and formerly from the firm Pincus Matz & Marquard, Terence brought a wealth of experience to the firm's Property Law department.Terence still enjoys the day to day dynamics of life in a busy law firm and with his thorough level headed approach to projects, Terence's presence is an invaluable asset to the firm.

Carol started her working career as housing assistant in the housing department of the Cape Town City Council. Having carved a memorable 20 year career within the Cape Town City Council during which she completed her Honours degree in Applied Linguistics followed by a LLB, Carol joined the firm as candidate attorney at the beginning of 2007. Carol was admitted as attorney and conveyancer in 2008 and stayed on at the firm as professional assistant.

Sharon's entire working career since 1987 was spent with various attorneys firms where she has gained invaluable experience in all areas of an attorneys practise.  Sharon was appointed by Attorneys Rossouw in 2000 where she soon became the heartbeat of the operations of the firm with special emphasis on conveyancing. Meanwhile and whilst working at the firm, Sharon commenced with her studies to acquire a formal legal qualification. In this too Sharon has excelled and progressed to where she is now in her final year for a LLB degree through Unisa.
